PayPal payment
PayPal is the fastest, most reliable and newest way to purchase online. If you have a PayPal account you just need to add your email or password. Furthermore, you don’t share your financial details. When you buy with PayPal you take advantage of the high-standards of protection for your online shopping and every time you buy on our website you will receive an email of confirmation to track the transaction. We suggest the owners of prepaid cards to have a slightly higher amount than the one to be paid, because PayPal might temporarily withhold 1 USD (0,80/0,90 Euro) at each attempt of purchasing to check the validity of your card. The amount will be immediately returned and it won’t appear on your bank statement. You can pay even if you don’t have a PayPal account by simply adding your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Mastercard Electron, PostePay included);we will receive your payment instantly and we will be able to ship your order during the day. If after paying you decide to cancel your order and request a refund, we will withhold 1,00€ as expenses of administration. We remind you that paying online using credit cards is absolutely safe. Statistics say that stealing sensitive data through online operations is way more harder than daily-basis operations such as at the restaurant or at the petrol station for example, where we temporarily leave our cards containing our numbers, details and information in someone’s hands.
Payment with wire transfer in advance
Your order will be sent when we receive the effective credit in our bank account, which must take place within 5 working days from the order acceptation, from that day on your order will be automatically cancelled.
Your reason of payment will have to indicate the order number (for example ORD000000) given in your email confirmation.

If after paying you decide to cancel your order and request for a refund, 2.00€ will be withhold from your amount as administration expenses.
Cash on delivery (only for shipments on Italian territory)
When our courier is in charge of your shipping, you may choose to pay cash on delivery paying extra 5€. At the delivery you will be required to have the exact amount of cash to pay for your order. Couriers don’t accept cheques and can’t give any change. Keep in mind that for any refund a bank or post account is necessary.
Missing payment
YouSporty s.r.l. reserves the right to deny a shipping of orders issued by insolvent customers who haven’t paid the total amount or part of the amount in some previous orders, or in case of ongoing disputes on payments.
REFUNDS
Refunds on Credit card/PayPal account
After our warehouse receives your return and checks that all requirements have been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. When accepting the return we will ask our bank to proceed with your refund on your credit card or PayPal account you used to pay your order. This whole operation might take up to 15 days. From this moment on, the time required to have your refund on your account will change according the bank that issued your card.
Refund of orders paid by cash on delivery/wire transfer
After our warehouse receives your return and checks that all requirements have been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. When accepting the return we will ask our bank to proceed with your refund on your bank account you indicated on your return request. From this moment on, the time required to have your refund on your account will be around 3/4 working days (bank days).
