What kind of shipment do you offer and how much does the shipping cost?
We offer express shipping with BRT courier.
Shipping in Italy is express by Bartolini courier with a 4,00 € shipping costs contribution for each order. Instead, for the other European countries, the shipping cost is 8,00 €.

What are the deadlines for delivery of orders?
Your order will be prepared and given to our courier as soon as possible. All our deliveries are made through courier express, the delivery normally takes place in 3/4 days for main cities. Delivery days are approximate and may change according festivities and/or the destination to reach, they also depend on the payment you choose:
Credit Card/PayPal: the goods are prepared immediately. Orders received before 13:00 normally are given to our courier the same day the order was placed.
Wire transfer: our system receive communication of your transfer normally after 3 days from the transfer date, just then the order will be processed. We remind you that orders paid by wire transfer we haven’t received any payment will be deleted after 8 dd from the order date.
Cash on delivery: choosing this method of payment the time for processing your order may be slower. We remind you that for safety reason the order cannot be processed if you provided an inactive number. Please be aware that if you delete your order after the shipment has started or you reject it at the delivery, you will need to pay the shipping and any possible cost for storing your order.
In any case, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email for tracking your package online in real time.
Can collect my order at your place?
Sure, if you are in the area of Padua-Vicenza this is the best way to save on the shipping costs and to get your products as soon as possible.
As an online shop, please keep in mind that we cannot accept any payment directly in our offices.
Therefore you’ll have to place your order online and check the option ‘Collect in our office’ within the shipping option;you will be able to choose between credit card PayPal or wire transfer, in this case you will not be able to pay cash on delivery.
We remind you that if you pay with wire transfer our system receives communication of your credit normally after 3 dd after the transfer, just then the order will be processed.

The size of the item I am interested in is not European, how do I check the conversion?
That’s very simple, just click on the item selected then place your mouse on the size.
A small black box will pop up with all the size conversion available: EUR, UK, USA and measures of soles in centimetres (CM).
Can I pay with cash on delivery?
Certainly, the cash on delivery mark is present among the payment methods accepted for shipments delivered in Italian territory.
When finalizing the order, select the payment method. The courier will collect the amount that must be exact, as it cannot give change, receive checks or other payment methods. The cost of the cash on delivery service is € 5 and you will be charged directly upon finalizing the order. We remind you that it is not possible to simultaneously select the method of payment on delivery and the withdrawal of your order at our office.

The size I choose is too small/big, how do I change it?
No problem, just write an email to the address returns@yousporty.com to start the procedure of Change Size within 14 dd from the delivery date. We remind you that the products must not be used.

I think the product I received is defected, what do I have to do?
You can get in touch with our Customer Service on the phone at +39 049 900 0148.
You will be asked to send some pictures showing the defect to the email address resi@yousporty.com
The Product Department will check the presence of defect and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
We suggest you to wait using your product if you think it might be defected.

The products I received do not fulfil the requirements, how do I get my refund?
Write an email to the address resi@yousporty.com within 14 dd from the delivery date to start the Refund procedure. We remind you that the goods must not be used.

We remind you to write on the outside of the package the name of who placed the order and the related purchase number. After receiving your return and checking the status of goods we will require our bank to refund you on the credit card used for the order or on the bank account you gave in your return request.

How do I have to pack my products in case of Change or return?
Place your item back in the original packaging in good status (box or bag): add your product as it is now in our YouSporty box or inside a similar box.
Make sure that the packaging is well balanced with the size of your item to send.
Close the packaging box using the tape and make sure that the shipping address on the outside is readable, together with the name of who placed the order and the related Purchase Number.
What is SportyCash?
By signing up on our website yousporty.com you’ll have access to your personal account.
On the left of the main panel of your MySporty you can see the SportyCash symbol, it’s a section where we can give your credit after a change of size or a return for example.
The amount present in your SportyCash will be used for future purchases on the website, the credit will be automatically deducted until it last.
I'm following my shipment: what do the various statuses mean?
Here is what the various statuses you could read regarding the tracking of your shipment mean:
Not found - Your package is still in transit from our office to the Bartolini branch of Padua.
Withdrawn - The package was entrusted to the Bartolini branch of Padua.
Match - The parcel started from the Bartolini branch in Padua, it will eventually have to be entrusted to the competent branch for your area.
Arrived at the branch - The package arrived at the destination Bartolini branch and will be delivered.
Delivery - The package will be delivered today. If the courier will not find you, he will leave a notice of storage and you will find the note "recipient Absent / Left Notice". The return will be managed according to the courier's needs.
